Shipping Policy
- • We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece in the product details page.
- • This delivery time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
- • For deliveries in the US and Canada, we offer free shipping on orders above $299 and on orders below $299 we charge a small amount for shipping which will be shown at the time of checkout.
- • For customers within the US & Canada, all prices specified on the website are inclusive of taxes and duties.
- • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.
- • We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including DHL Express, ZZZ and YYY.
- • We would send you a tracking number and link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.
- • At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 4 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
- • Returns can only be availed once per order.
- • If your order consists of items from one or more designer, all items will be clubbed and sent together.
- • Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.
